Delivery

We have shipping methods that can be chosen at checkout:

You can choose from:

Royal Mail 1st class for 1-2* working days or Royal Mail 2nd class for 2-3* working days. 

We are offering FREE Royal Mail 2nd class shipping on all orders in the UK deliveries take up to 3 working days (Limited Time Only).

All delivery costs will be shown at checkout when you choose your desired shipping method. Delivery costs go by weight of your package. 

Due to our products being hand made in small batches, all delivery timeframes are from date of dispatch.

This can be up to 3 working days, however we hope to dispatch within 1 working day.

For international deliveries we aim for 5-7* working days from dispatch.

Unfortunately we will not be shipping to Europe at the moment due to the new regulations. Hopefully it won’t be long until we can ship there again.

We do not take any liability for lost in transit packages.

*This is an estimate due to postal delays and unforeseeable circumstances.

Please be aware of Royal Mail strike dates and expect delays.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, we can offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, providing you have proof of purchase.

If you receive the incorrect item, please notify us through ‘Contact Us’ page, with your order number as soon as possible.

The correct item(s) will then be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge.

We do not take any liability for returned products. Therefore, when returning products, please ensure it is wrapped securely to avoid damage in transit. We also recommend using a recorded delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

 

Refunds or exchanges will not be given due to personal taste, as our scents have been described in detail on each product listing.
